Brookside Guest House & Mini Spa

The whole experience was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for Joe and Linda. The cleanliness and the comfort of Brookside was excellent. The breakfast menu was excellent and cooked to order.. Being able to park at the property was a big bonus.

Right from the outset, we were greeted with a very warm welome from our hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and the facilities were amazing. I have stayed in many places over the years, from top hotels to budget B&B's and everything in between and I have never experienced the level of detail in every aspect of this accomodation. Brixham has been my go to place for many years and will continue to be in the future and I no longer have to scroll through numerous properties as this will definitely be my first point of contact. Thank you Linda and Joe for a fantastic stay.

Our stay Brookside Guest House was absolutely amazing. Owners are super friendly,welcoming and helpful everything what you could expect. Breakfast in the morning is perfect and delicious. Hot tub and sauna are available upon request so if you need a bit off relaxing evening is there for a perfect stay. Location is perfect only short walk to the town centre and Costal Path. Highly recommended place to stay.

One thing which wasn't perfect for me was the bed(but this is soo personal for someone else could be perfect) for me mattress was to soft.

Jo and Linda were fantastic hosts. The B&B was of hotel standards. Breakfast was excellent. Accommodation was spotless and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return

It was excellent. Joe and Linda are exceptional hosts and truly looked after us. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfasts were very well prepared and the choices great.

Linda and Joe were very friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely clean and tidy and plenty of facilities available. Breakfast was outstanding nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately didn't get chance to try the hot tub or sauna as visited on the hottest days of the year so far. Thank you for an amazing stay 😁

Everything about our stay was superb. The hosts Linda and Joe were amazing and could not have done more to make us feel welcome . The accommodation was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. And Linda’s breakfasts were without doubt some of the best we have ever had. A great selection and all freshly prepared. Perfect !

Cheerful accommodation of my every blunder (I came down to breakfast too early after my first night and I got it at once anyway). The couple running the place still remembered me from two years before, and are still very friendly. One day I will take more advantage of the other facilities (like the spa), but just as a B&B it's everything I could want.
