"Fabulous hotel in a lovely city"

Comfortable rooms and spotlessly clean. Great location!

We arrived late at night so it was hard to spot the hotel. A little light above the name on the door would be helpful.

History of building, size of room, views of garden and cathedral, location with closeness to town.

Breakfast on site would have been nice although the town with plenty of eateries was only a couple of minutes away.

There could have been some herb teas on offer.

Room was large and clean

The lack of someone on hand at arrival. Nobody was in the room before us. My son was unwell and had been sick in the car on the way there. We were desperate to get in to use the bathroom but couldn't because of the electronic key code system and no human available on a Saturday
