"A lovely retreat. Will return."

A gorgeous property, within the peaceful grounds of the Cathedral. Very comfortable room, great attention to detail (a fan, a heater, tea & coffee supplies, a cool bag ), a fabulous bath; spotlessly clean; windows which open (for fresh air) and overlook beautiful gardens.

Noisy banging doors (they should be on retainers to prevent this) which disturb the peaceful atmosphere.

Location was great with parking. Bed very comfy.

I stayed in the single room was adapted for disabled people although I did not have a disability. This was on ground level which I would not choose again. I would book upper floor rooms with the views and larger rooms.
