The suite was lovely

No coffee sugar milk next day went downstairs but they didn't have any so had to do without..on morning we left owner did not acknowledge us which was rude didn't ask if we liked our stay or thank you for staying and the bar area was freezing cold as doors opened...i paid good money and would like a refund as I saved up to stay there bar door locked at 7pm...but I shouldn't have to go and buy milk coffee and sugar so I'm not happy

I think picture on website bit misguiding, as it's not really a pub/ restaurant. There's a tiny bar, which u can use, but it's also for the private venue. You must let people know wen u arriving, as all locked up, you just ring doorbell and sum1 will answer. You cud hear music past 12, which was told finishes at 12, but in all honesty , that didn't bother us. Good for money tho , lovely surroundings, and plenty of pubs nearby, try black star, amazing food. I believe the wharf do do Sunday lunches, sum1 told me, but thats all. But didn't see that on info

Location

Lack of clear description when booking. LOUD music booming well after 12.00am cut off!!! Literally vibrating the cutlery in our kitchenette area!!! No staff on hand to complain to when checking out.

Friendly welcome, was shown to room, provided all codes, keys. Quick easy process. The room was of good standard with a gorgeous view. Very comfortable bed and facilities.

Frontage required some TLC. There was alot of clutter at reception and hall ways to room, vacuum, spare folding bed etc

Lovely location. Nice room and comfortable bed. Nice to have little kitchen bit, fridge, microwave and toaster. So we could have do our own breakfast etc. Left alone to enjoy our time. Contact owner by mobile if any probs. Leave key in door when leaving, so easy when leaving. Stayed 3 nights.

The bell from tower opposite the Warf rang hourly and through the night. You could hear it. In the bathroom we could have done with shelves for our items and needed hangers to put clothes when showering. Windows locked. You couldn't open them. No telly first night as the owner couldn't get it to work. Was told it would be sorted next day. But we had to remind the owner as it wasn't done after we returned from the day out. He then came and fixed it. Very small shower unit.
