The theme of the room was awesome, we feel like in Harry Potter. It was very clean and everything are present that you can just come , drop your cloths and start your journey. The host is present and help us to improve our plan for the day and care about how was our days spent.

We had a very good welcome from Marek, the manager. Everything was clean and tidy and in working order. Great facilities in the room.

Breakfast was fine with plenty provided but could present healthier elements, e.g., less ultra processed products...use Greek yoghurt without additives and sugars, less processed bread...sourdough?

"The most perfect stay for my first ever time coming to London/watford"

Excellent communication with staff about my late check in, easy instructions on the self contactless check in for me. Walked in the room and it was cosy, clean and warm. After spending one whole day in London and only getting back late after being at a concert I was happy to have seen that bins had been emptied, fresh towels had been put in my room, fresh cups and the beds remade. I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone and will come and stay again.

Excellent themed room. Really well equipped, comfy and clean. Host very welcoming and informative.

Unfortunately the upstairs guests were noisy and the sound travelled.
