Ricky Road Guest House

Ricky Road Guest House is exceptional. We booked for two nights for the Rugby coming up from Bournemouth. We knew we would be a bit late up here to check in however it was no issue, they let us self check in, called us to ensure everything was okay and gave us extra pillows on request. Free parking Both hosts are so friendly and responsive. We stayed in Room 4, which we found clean tidy and comfortable. Cant fault anything. We just needed somewhere to sleep and thats what we got! Thank you :)

Nothing. Shower might be a bit small if you are a bit on the larger side... sink taps maybe could do with being changed to make it easier to wash hands properly.

Lokalizacja jest korzystna. Śniadanie bardzo mi smakowało, było wiele rzeczy do wyboru. W pokoju i łazience było czysto.

Na początku dostałem pokój na poddaszu, na którym było za gorąco. Po zgłoszeniu problemu dostałem inny pokój - w lepszym standardzie - bez dopłaty. Personel Ricky Road Guest House zachował się bardzo przyzwoicie.

Great Host, very helpful. Room was clean and modern.

If you are talk and big person, you might have problem with the shower cabinet. Since I am short and tiny, I managed well for two days. There is good with amenities, as a fridge, kettle, microwave, cup, glass. And functional tv. There wasn’t anything to hang the clothes inside the wardrobe. However, there was as well instant coffee and tea, iron, and ironing board.

The noise on the floor when you step. Not sound proof property.

Greeted by staff who couldn't have been nicer, sent recommendations during our stay. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. Pretty decent location which is local enough for getting in and out of London. The room was pretty clean, no dust and dishes were clean etc. Honestly our stay was great, staff welcomed us and then we had lots of privacy whilst being able to message the hotel whenever we needed to. The small freezer in the room was a massive bonus during the heatwave!

This isn't really the hotels fault but it was so hot whilst we were there and the room has zero way of cooling down. Loud in the morning when bins are collected (we were right beside the bins at the rear of the property). These things don't have anything to do with the hotel but just comes with being in a busy place like Watford.

I was met on arrival. Fridge & microwave in the room. Tesco 4 mins walk. Easy to find.

Shower was a bit tricky, but I soon got the hang of it.
