Informative staff and close to town. Good parking.

Needs a mirror in the room, not just the bathroom.

Posto carino e messo a nuovo. Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione M.colazione ottima e abbondante.

La pulizia non avviene ogni giorno.. togliete meglio la polvere e togliere la moquette dalle scale sarebbe un plus. I bagni sono condivisi tra due stanze.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was handled perfectly by the staff — the communication was amazing (thnx Sam), the instructions were detailed, super clear and helpful, responses to our questions were always quick and everyone we met in person was incredibly kind, friendly and genuinely helpful too (thnx Marc for the great tips for our next visit😊). My daughter was crying when we were leaving and insisted we move into the Serpent studio room permanently. I guess that says it all...

Firstly it has its own car park. It was close to the tube and town centre. Inside it was spacious and the rooms had everything you needed. The room we stayed in had just been done out, the beds were really comfortable. We had enough towels, tea, coffee and milk in the room which was lovely after being out all day. Our daughter room was a single room which was perfect.

The only negative was the toilet was across the hall with shower. But was not a big problem.
