Great location, very quiet but right near the high street. We did manage to get a parking space in the car park provided, and walked everywhere for the next 3 days.

As mentioned in other reviews room 6 does have a sloped ceiling towards the window side but it did not cause me at 5’7’ any issues.

Location was good but the view looked onto a car park.

No glasses in room and only 1 tiny bar of soap for 2 people. Asked to lock main door but door was always left open.

The room was lovely, appeared newly decorated and carpeted. The bathroom was immaculate too. The access with a keypad and own key worked very well. I did have a problem which I emailed to the owners and within an HOUR, they had emailed me back - profuse apologies and an upgrade to an apartment in the same building. Normal practice is to offer another room, but everywhere was booked so, without hesitation, I was offered the holiday let apartment. No questions asked, just .. here you go. Absolutely fantastic customer service, above and beyond. The apartment too was immaculate, fully equipped and super comfortable. Thank you so much for your immediate response and generosity.

It was easy to find and really close to everything in Oban

We had room 7 and felt fiddled as there was only half of the room that could actually be used because of a sloping roof. You constantly had to watch your head.

Location was great. We loved having a parking spot. Room very clean

Heating system on ground floor didn’t work very well or not at all. The way the property is promoted appears as a hotel with onsite staff,however this was not the case. No response from chat via booking,com and had to ring a manager. Very hard when travelling internationally and no call access.

Très bien, chambre petite mais très fonctionnelle ! Lit très confortable. Nous n'avons pas rencontré de réceptionniste mais tout était expliqué par message avec des adresses en plus. Très clair, c'était parfait !
