Pinley Hill House

Pinley hill house is very bright and quaint, the garden is lovely with beautiful views the house garden and hosts are very welcoming and warm.

Room was clean and spacious, easily able to order an Uber and location was in a good distance to where we needed to go for the evening (Warwick Castle).

Host Abbie seemed friendly at first when she greeted us but right off the cuff started to complain about previous guests she'd had stay in the room which we didn't think much of to begin with. We were in the room for an hour or so before we headed out for the evening. Next morning we tried to run the shower to get ready before checking out only to find there was no hot water after running it for around 10/15 minutes which we thought was weird seeing as there was hot water coming from the sink tap. We also had no TV remote in the room which isn't a big deal, just more of an inconvenience if a TV is provided. We contacted the host after we checked out about these issues to which she apologised and said she would request a partial refund but also stated we should have just contacted her in the morning to sort the issue out. I responded by saying by the time we'd have messaged, waited for her to see the message, come take a look etc etc it would not have been enough time for the both of us to shower and get ready. She then proceeded with rude messages about how we "left lots of takeaway food in the room" and that this is not usually something expected of guests. We had ordered food but had left all the rubbish in the bag or in the bin and left a bottle of water on the bedside table. We left the room in a tidy and presentable condition, we did not trash it or leave it in a dirty condition. It seems as though the host loves to complain about paying guests for no apparent reason, you're better off staying clear and just booking your stay elsewhere!

Peaceful, tranquil location. Lovely property.

Out in the sticks!

Very quiet location. Lovely house. I booked for two nights and had the house to myself. Lots of room and well equipped kitchen. It was close to the Ardencote Hotel (6mins drive) where I was attending a wedding and I had a quieter nights sleep than those at the hotel. Very helpful host who checked in with me on the first morning. Good hot water for the shower. Very clean and comfortable. Bed excellent.
