Pinley Hill House

Room was beautiful

We thought had access to kitchen but we didn't, had to guess where and which room was ours trying doors which was a bit weird. No glasses in room for water etc. No outside space accessible.

The lady who initially greeted us decided that just after midnight she would come and knock the door of the room and accuse my partner to ask if it was just me and my partner in the room. She then proceeded to open the door and open the door. We were having a rare night away without the kids and this spoiled our trip. I have requested a full refund from Booking.com but she has lied to them and will not give us our money back even after ruining our trip. She also decided it would be a good idea to start doing things downstairs after she woke us up which in turn made the trip even worse as we could not relax.

Beautiful house, very spacious, comfortable beds, great shower in main bedroom. Abbey was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.

Great historical building in the country side, great view over the fields and garden. Good sized room

Unfortunately the bed was too small for the two of us. However I am 6ft 4!

Abbie was so sweet and friendly. She was extremely welcoming and hospitable - making sure our room was perfect, and being extremely flexible with our awkward arrival/leaving times during our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was really nice.

If there was a selection of different size pillows, that would be great for people who prefer smaller pillows for their necks. I also think a full length mirror somewhere in the room would be a great touch, for checking outfits before going out! Still loved the place though.
