Lovely property and garden. Beautifully cooked and presented breakfast. Very welcoming owner. Our 2nd visit this year so hopefully we can return again.

Unfortunately i double booked 2 hotels on the same night , got a bit of sympathy from Stow house but lost a lot of money.

Lovely personal welcome. great spacious room with views from the bath tub. Enjoyed the unique touches such as cocktail hour and honesty bar stocked with all sorts. Great location and hosts full of recommendations of where to eat, even offering to call for us. Veey short walk to Asygarth falls and local pub.

We only stayed for one night but had a lovely time. Our room was beautiful, very comfortable, and offered stunning views. Sarah was a fantastic host - warm and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the delicious cocktail she made during ‘cocktail hour’. She also went above and beyond by arranging to return a small item I had forgotten to pack. Highly recommended!

Excellent breakfast, perfect location with wonderful local walks. The Redmire Pub is an excellent local pub with great food, around a 10 minute drive away but well worth it.

Really warm welcome to a beautifully appointed house and garden in a stunning location. Brilliant breakfast and faultless and friendly service, nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended, and will definitely return.
