Grove Guest House

Really clean and comfortable place to stay within easy reach of Beeston train station. Very good communication from the owner.

Good location for my purpose with off-street parking space. Host was very welcoming. Room was clean and bright with a nice en-suite shower room. Great that there was a fridge & microwave, plus a kettle with tea & coffee and milk sachets.

Not so great was the bed which was much too hard for me and therefore I had an uncomfortable nights sleep. I had the downstairs room which although was on a quiet road, I could hear anyone when they came in or out of the guesthouse as the room is right next to the front door.

Very comfortable bed. Room Very clean and clean. Arrived earlier than expected Room not quite ready but were able to drop off cases given recommend a drink in local pub.

The outside could be tidied up a bit to improve curb appeal

The guest house was in a great location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Off road parking, good communication, lovely clean room with everything you might need, little kitchen area to use too. Near to some shops for food. Nice to see eco friendly products used. Very quiet area away from the main road. Good value.

It was handy for the town and transport

A dusty extractor in the bathroom and no shower gel left.
