"Perfect for our first and not last time in Filey a lovely and unspoiled seaside town."

Location is good just 5 mins from the centre and beach. Hosts were absolutely wonderful. Room was a really nice size and clean. Parking was easy and breakfast was fantastic, nicest I have had in a long time. Perfect for a weekend away. Even Jim’s singing wasn’t bad. 😂

"If ever in area again would certainly stay here no problem."

Friendliness of hosts Allison & Jim, even though we only had breakfast ,it was exceptional , little touches like an appetiser before. Not just a guesthouse more a home from home.

Leaving after 2 days, wish we had stayed longer.

A lovely stay. A beautiful guest house, extremely clean, fantastic, interesting decor throughout. Very reasonable price and on-site parking. Our hosts were very friendly and we felt very comfortable and that they really enjoy what they do and take pride in doing it well. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing and we both slept very well. Great location being near both the sea and the town. Highly recommend!

Our only issue was that it's a Victorian house and has a lot of stairs. My husband is disabled and found it difficult. However this was our fault for not checking first and not the fault of the hosts or property of course! Filey itself is hilly so again there were difficult situations. Just a personal issue that we should have considered.

We liked the owners, breakfast, friendly welcoming atmosphere, patio area in front of property in the sunshine and accommodation.

Couldn't fault the whole stay.
