"Great stay"

Jim and Alison were welcoming from the off. Great communication and just a lovely, friendly place to spend time. The rooms are lovely, immaculate and really comfy. Breakfast is fantastic. All in all a great stay. And how can I forget the amazing Jackson......he is the best welcomer ever

Lovely friendly hosts, the place was spotless & beautifully furnished. Breakfast was fabulous, great choices & a lovely surprise starter each day. Great location & bonus of private parking - would highly recommend

"Brilliant find in Filey"

Really clean and fresh. Nice linen and towels in room and bathroom. Lounge area, again, clean, fresh and comfortable. Excellent breakfasts using good quality ingredients.

We was greeted by a alison who made us so welcome from the second we got there ,jim was so funney singing in a morning while he cooked breakfast,which was fantastic ,even a little starter each day .
