TOPAZ TOWN HOUSE No 36

On arrival had to make multiple calls and messages to get in. Very scruffy dirty. Room in attic. Very difficult access due to narrow stairs and low sealings. Tv not connected to anything so couldn't watch it. Bed slats kept falling out of bed mating it Very uncomfortable. Sent message to complain no answer. Worst stay ive ever had

Room was basic but fine. Fridge in room Bed mattress was a bit too unstructured

Process of getting key box code was difficult to spot as there was a lot of information and warnings about behaviour etc sent out together on day of stay. Landlord made it clear he was unhappy about being contacted for help.

I was not able gain access to my room and was left facing the possibility of sleeping on the steps in front of this place.

Was the ideal location in the house being in the loft. Nice and quiet, great that it had a fridge, table and drawers. Only downside is the toilet being downstairs. Overall a good sleep.

Nothing really to complain about, an en suite toilet would be perfect though.

They told us in email that your delux room have separate bathroom but not it was shared bathroom for all rooms.

Owner never gave me on to release key so never got to use apattment

This is a bogus property please do not book. They gave me a code for the box without any key in. The number that u text does not respond. I had waited for 30 mins before booking another accomodation so did not even enter the property BOGUS BOGUS BOGUS DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE
