i could turn up at any time and had a key access, there was a kettle in my room there was a fridge in my room private room it was warm and not mouldy there was an office chair and a table in the room to use it was affordable parking space found right outside central location

the lock on my room did not work there was no toilet roll in the toilet room signs up saying "clean this!" - quite unfriendly kettle was dusty bedlinen was grubby table top was not attached and appeared to be held up by the office chair

I had a terrible experience with this property. I arrived at the property address after a long journey to Huddersfield around 8:00pm, and there was no one there to attend to me. I never received information on how to access the property. I was left homeless because all other hotels were all fully booked due to a football match. My coming to Huddersfield was to start my studies at the University of Huddersfield and pending the time i sorted out my student accommodation, i hoped to stay at this property. Instead, i was scammed by the property on the day of my arrival. Please ban this property listing and provide me with a refund of £80.

I want a refund as I couldn't access the building

House is deteriorated, everything falling down from the wall, dirty toilet and bath tub, no communal kitchen, tv not working, it’s overall poor, I won’t be staying there again
