TOPAZ TOWN HOUSE No 36

The place doesn't match at all with how's look in photo very poor bad condition and dirty place at arriven time was in socked not electricity door locker broken damp on walls awful i seen as place . My check in time was 23 00 midnight so in the night have to look for another hotel in emergency to sleep over .

In the room: •Left over drugs! •Mould •Chewed up gum by the bed •Spiders and webs everywhere •No key for my bedroom door (door also broken) •Endless amounts of dust •Bin had rubbish in it •Shoe print on the bedding •Dirty smell to the room House entrance: •Shouting and screaming •Everything was broken around me •A horrid smell including the smell of drugs •Bathroom was unusable (urine everywhere) Staff: I confronted them about the state of the property. When I asked about the cracked door and no key for the bedroom the person I spoke to told me I’m not sleeping on the door but the bed, I then told him about the room condition including bed and he said that’s not his problem. I also had to wait 30 mins to get a code to the door! They did not accept a refund and weren’t willing to relocate me. DO NOT BOOK!! THE NUMBER LISTED FOR THEM ALSO DOES NOT WORK YOU WILL BE RANDOMLY CALLED ON A WITHHELD NUMBER.

The house is disgusting, dirty with big bins in the kitchen. Rooms are so disgusting, dust and dirt everywhere. Toilet smells of urine. It's not a right place for people to be and yet they have paid their money.

We had a delightful stay at the Topaz House. Our host was the most amenable chap, and we were fortunate enough to meet some of the other guests, all of which added to a most enjoyable stay. Yes, it may not be the most salubrious of residencies, but for what you pay, it's more than adequate.
