worst ever experience the window mirror was broken the other room ws too noisy i couldnt sleep even . simply it is the waste of money i want to refund the money because it was a big nightmare

there was nothing to like the broken bed ..the smell the loud noise in the other room it was a fraud

Room not as described. Given the wrong key. Hole in the window and light was flickering. I dont like leaving bad reviews. But, this needs to be looked at

Worst experience in my bookings so far, No cleaniness, no support checkin time steched to 4pm rather than agreed 2pm stating we need to do cleaning of house and in this time I was left on road with no one responding the calls they finally picked up at 3.30 PM to tell me that they are sorry oroperty is not ready yet that's why they were just buying some time and after all this I walked into a shithole filled of dirty ved shests stains on bed and messed up room. Not even liveable and entirely opposite of what was adertised in the pictures. And no cleaniness in gernal either as there were clothe drying in lobby asif 50 immigrants are living in this property. I tried finding a replacement on the spit but couldn't so I went to a friend place at night and just came to drop keys next day so I had the room for 1 day only rather than 2 days and that too cuz i was stuck and I knew am not getting a refund anyway. Booking. Com should take initiative and remove such scammers from the platform.

I had to wait outside for almost 2 hours after paying £45 just because of £1 damage fee. That was stupid. If someone can afford £45,cant they afford £1 if to is initially added to the bill?

Nothing. This property needs to be taken off Booking.com. It wasn’t anything like the pictures - people shouldn’t be living here let alone paying to stay. The windows were smashed. The bathroom curtain had a lot of mould. It was very dirty and did not feel very safe.

Everything. Standards seriously need to be improved before this is listed for money.
