Donna & James are attentive and friendly. You get a warm Belfast welcome. Donna’s breakfast is 1st class. Perfect location in leafy suburb right on the edge of the City via the Ormeau Road.

Beautiful stylish house. Lovely lighting made it very cosy & nice to come back to. James & Donna were very good hosts. They told us about getting the bus into the city & all the best places to eat & visit. The Ulster fry was particularly good.

Location was great. Donna and James were lovely hosts and property had everything to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful as well. We will definitely recommend the Roseleigh House to anyone we know who may travel to Belfast!
