Breakfast available at property was amazing. Instant hot chocolate in room was nice touch.

Shower was finicky to work. No hairdryer in room.

Everything is spot on, from comfort of bed, fantastic breakfast, ease of getting to town. We loved everything about our stay. Book here you won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much for generous hospitality!

Absolutely stunning! Donna and James were excellent hosts. Easily accessible by public transportation and located in a darling neighborhood, this place is a gem! My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay alongside the delicious breakfast. I do recommend the salmon and toast! Yum!! Room was very comfortable and quaint- perfect in our eyes! Stocked with toiletries and goodies, too. Donna was also very kind as we had some trouble getting out the door on time. She let us stay a bit past check-out to collect our things and we all shared a lovely chat before departing. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you :)

Warm welcome, nice furnishings, classical music playing softly in the background, comfortable bed, very good breakfast options.

Nothing really. I found the rate a little on the high side but this is endemic in Belfast, it seems.

A gorgeous house to stay in with super friendly and helpful hosts. Location was great, especially if you have a hire car. Access by bus ti the city is very easy.
