Roseleigh House

we had room 7 at the top of the home. It was bright and so very comfortable. We stayed a total of 5 nights, 2 added because we loved the area and loved Belfast and so enjoyed the property. We slept with the window open every night and woke to the birds singing and the freshness of the day, everyday. Donna, the owner, was super wonderful and welcoming. Our room was serviced every second day with fresh towels and tea supplies and bed made. (I made it but she made it perfectly ;) ) We did not take part in the breakfast offered. We were able to catch the bus into Belfast comfortably and efficiently.

It was away from the city centre but easily accessible by public transportation. Restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The host was amazing! Very thoughtful and fun and she elevated our experience in Belfast tremendously!

James was so incredibly kind and allowed us to come late when we didn't realize check in was by 7. The beds were the comfiest beds we had our entire trip through Scotland and Ireland!

Very comfortable and warm room with a comfy bed and and decent desk. Great breakfast the following morning. Very warm welcome.

Donna was super nice and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and big enough, everything was great.

When it comes to hosting guests Donna has the edge. Staying in a guesthouse like this is so much nicer than a hotel chain, there’s no comparison. The property and rooms are impeccably clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms are beautiful. I literally cannot fault Roseleigh House and I can’t wait to visit again next year!
