Sound proofing - right on main road so you hear people walking past throughout the night

The shared bathroom dirty bucket of water i just as allocated the topmost bedroom With copd and being 72 I found uncomfortable to reach my bedroom

"All good , only stayed a night"

£120 for faimly room bank holiday weekend, what’s not to like , beds comfy, shower powerful. Wi-Fi , free bottle water and biscuits, plenty well laundered towels Great location 2 minutes to beach , parking small issue Negatives , the hall way carpet and decor could do with refurb , that’s it , the lady behind the bar is pleasant and helpful

"Expensive and dirty. The opposite of cosy"

The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was clean

Very worn and threadbare stair carpet. Visible ingrained dirt on window frames and elsewhere. Paintwork old and overall finish very poor. Wardrobe door handle came off. Shower dilapidated. Smokers loitering immediately outside the street door.
