"Didn’t stay due to the street it’s shocking boarded and smashed up adjoining properties. The owner needs to do a course"

Nothing it’s located in the most run down street in Blackpool. The owner is ignorant, arrogant and has a disgusting attitude !

When we eventually met the host she was friendly and understanding and relocated us to a more suitable safer looking location a 10 min walk.

Where this hotel is very run down street a lot of abandoned hotels and buildings.

"Felt mislead"

The staff where nice and fair The beds where okay

York road is run down! Same can be said for the hotel. Pictures on booking.com show a bar area active and open. But when we turned up, the bar was closed permenantly and if you wanted breakfast, you had to go to a different hotel. Our room wasn't the cleanest either. Hotel not what is advertised on booking.com
