Bamford House Hotel

Did not have breakfast , the room was clean and they provided plenty of tea /coffee etc the shower was excellent

Car parking was a issue would have like to park near the hotel

Not sea views

Staff were very confrontational and very aggressive. Will not be returning to this hotel. My room was not cleaned prior to my arrival and I was accused of littering it myself in order to receive a refund. I have never seen this kind of outrageous behaviour from owners/staff before.

The house is clean but the WiFi is a load of crop not working in the rooms only on the stair.

Request two twin rooms, got 3 and 1 meaning one member of our group had to stay alone. One of the towels was dirty but this issue was sorted quickly

Not as advertised, no bar area, the street was extremely run down and derelict, did not feel safe.

No breakfast available. Terrible derelict filthy road with scarey groups of people hanging around

No staff on site. No wardrobe. Front door to property wouldnt close. We felt unsafe with no staff in the property. No bar and no breakfast.

the hotel was very nice but unfortunately the area was a little bit daunting. quite a few houses in the street was derelict which is a shame because it lets the other houses down The owners was lovely couldn't do enough to make you feel at home
