Close proximity to all amenities.

Said there was parking when it was street parking and on a first come first serve basis. Drove around for quite awhile and the carpark at the top of the road is expensive if you want to park for 24 hours or longer.

Great location. Lovely, warm welcome and very clean rooms. Free upgrade to bigger rooms.

No hair dryer so I couldn't wash my hair. One room (family room) had an uncomfortable bed and other guests were very noisy for most of the night.

Great location. Owners greeted on arrival then left us to it but made sure we knew to ring if needed anything. Room was small but cosy. Beds excellent and comfy. Whole hotel appeared clean and tidy.

The only ‘moan’ I have if you can call it that is that the shower in our room could do with a bit more TLC. especially the shower head. But other than that. No issues!

"Ideal base for exploring Blackpool."

Nice clean, cosy room, quite small but all you needed, small cupboard space which was more than adequate, and a compact, clean ensuite with shower, basin and toilet.

nothing to not like for the price paid.

"Great value for money"

Location was amazing! Next to secure parking £8 a day. About 3 mins walk to the central pier and 10 min walk to Coral Island!

No reception area so had to wait a while to get into the hotel.
