Lovely stay. Excellent location, great facilities. Very clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out process. Would highly recommend!

Clean and comfy room. Carpets looked brand new throughout. Bathrooms clean. Liked having a basin in my room. Although I never saw any of the staff, the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful.

What I wish I'd known before I got there: that I would be put in the annex which is a different house altogether (Ystwyth on Bath Street), albeit a very short walk from Llwynygog. This wasn't a problem at all but would have been nice to know beforehand. Bathroom window cannot be opened properly. Difficult therefore to ventilate the room. My own room was baking hot. On this very sunny day, the window was left closed and the radiator on. One bed had a mattress through which I could feel the bed base so I switched to the other bed in the room which was lovely.

Did what it needed to, helpful staff who were quick to help with a couple of minor issues

Good value for money, you get what you pay for. No staff on site but polite on the phone
