Nothing

Bath towels stained. Bedding threadbare and scruffy.Bed not comfortable. Cant sit straight on toilet due to no space. No shelves in bathroom. Extremely noisy. No individual bedside lamps.

"Ideal location for local amenities but in need of tlc"

Positives - Good sized room, tv and kettle. Ideal for the town centre and seafront - less than 5 minutes walk from location.

The bed by the bedroom door needs a new mattress - upon lying on it I sank into the middle and felt like quicksand; the bed by the window - very hard noisy mattress akin to an orthopaedic bed. Hole in the wall still evident, lock on bedroom door unstable - had to leave door on the latch when going out.
