Great location, 5 mins walk to bus terminal and rabati castle, clean toilet and bedroom, spacious, and quiet environment. Thick blanket, heater, small kettle are provided.

Location

1. The musty smell as soon as you walked in tte lobby 2. I did no think the bedding was clean, the pillow smelled like somebody has skept on it already 3. Very dark and lack if fresh air

The host is very nice and talkative, will recommend the best restaurant and where to go or what to do. (And he's right) He speaks a little English but mostly Russian and Georgian of course. The room we had had a view on the Achalciche castle, it was a wonderful view at night. It's located in the old town and the house looks very authentic. Lots of restaurants and friendly bars in the area. Enormous breakfast, we couldn't finish it. Khachapuri, veggies, sausages, omelet, bread, sauce, jam and tea.

No balcony in the room itself. No AC but there's a fan and it's understandable for an authentic old town building.
