Everything was really clean and the landlady was so nice, she even speaks a little german. We could do our laundry for 5GEL

The others guests seemed to live there and where squatting the common area. No kitchen. The bathroomfloor was wet all the time and the toilet didn't flush properly 30min walk to the citycenter

If you want to experience an overnight stay with a Georgian grandmother in local accommodation we highly recommend it. Communication was without problems, rooms nice. Kitchen a little field, but we managed to cook lunch.

The bathroom was a little worse. Water was running all over the bathroom, but it can be managed.
