Lovely host, got everything you need, decently clean, make sure that you book a room w AC coz one of them hasn’t

Not the most modern, some of the stuff has been there a while but it has a certain charm to it ;)

Great place to stay in Zugdidi. Kind host, very clean room and bathroom.

We had an amazing accommodation there. We were so lucky. We booked a budget twin room, but because it's guests wanted to stay more, the owner changed our room to a triple room with balcony with the same price which we had booked. The room was big, clean, with nice view and balcony. Kettle, tea and coffee were provided. The owner was so friendly.

Location of guest house is a little bit far from the center.

Excellent breakfast, very helpful owners. A little bit far from the destination I aimed to visit. But instead the guest house is situated in a quiet street. Cosy surroundings

There' s no WC for double rooms on the second floor, but for one night stay it's not a great problem. Air conditioners in rooms would be a nice solution for summer heat. Or at least modern metal and plastic windows.

Really nice house on a quiet street of Zugdidi. It is as fancy as the photos indicate. Friendly hosts, and everything was super clean. Would highly recommend.
