old house with spacious and clean rooms, clean shared bathroom.

The smell of cigarettes was very annoying, we stayed in a room that has a view of the street and in that room and in the common room the smell of cigarettes was unbearable.

Great value for money, free tea and coffee, very clean, friendly host

Location wasnt good, house was old so when other guests arrived at 2 am, the steps were so loud that it woke us up for next 30 minutes. Also, mattrasses were heated, but very, very uncomfortable.

Old but characterful and Excellent value

The room is like on the photos, which I really appreciate, except that a small table has replaced a big wardrobe, and I think that's a good swap. The room was oldish and maybe slightly worn, but spacious with a comfortable bed, attached bathroom, aircon and good wi-fi, and it offered good privacy. There was a window, so I got daylight, but the promised "view" was to the wall of a (seemingly uninhabited) neighbouring house.

It's a bit far from the town centre, but the comfort of the room made up for that. The only thing I missed a bit was access to a fridge, but that's not advertised, so fair enough, it's just a suggestion for making the place even more attractive. The advertised "tea and coffee maker" in the room was actually in the rather nice common area, but that's no big deal.

Room is basic, but has everything needed to comfortably sleep. Owners were friendly
