Missing a few essentials. Shelf needed for storage in bathroom, mini fridge to keep milk/drinks cold and wardrobe doors to keep everything tidy. A portable fan would be a thoughtful extra. Perhaps some pastries to give more variety at breakfast.

Very unusual arrival as no hosts on site but it went very well on trust. Small but perfectly formed shower room. Breakfast went very well. Quiet location. Reasonably priced

Was difficult to locate as road hidden by the hedges. Could do with a sign on the other side of the road to pre warn you. Bed would be better as a king size. A very hot room, a fan would be a valuable edition.

Good location near road to Keswick, free parking, quiet area but near a pub and a cafe. Breakfast was good ranging from cereals to full English breakfast.

Room on the small side, bathroom extremely small; only place to sit was on the bed. Rather formal arrangements for checking in: code to enter, key left in room. No welcome from owners. Would have liked a more personal approach.

The location was great; our room was comfortable, quite and on the ground floor.

Small shower. Room was tight, which would probably be an issue for long stays with 2 adults.

Third time we’ve stayed here and it’s perfect for us. It’s just outside Keswick, so you’re away from all the crowds. Rooms are always spotless, breakfast is great and the staff are friendly. We’ll be back!

It met all of my expectations.
