Rickerby Grange

Self check in was very convenient. The room was big enough for us to re pack all our luggage. We were very comfortable in every way. Location and views were amazing. Breakfast was cooked very nicely and to order.

I would have liked porridge as an option for breakfast. The toast came out too quickly and was cold. I prefer to get it with the hot food not with the cereal. We are elderly and would have valued a hand with our luggage up the stairs.

Lack of a personal touch from the the hosts, all the contact was remotely done, no meet and greet, no problems with the two staff members who served us breakfast, that was the only direct contact we had with anyone to do with the B&B.
