Very clean, extremely comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast and very attentive staff, there was a drop in pressure in the boiler and we were the first to notice as we had just checked in after a sunny walk and wanted a shower. Phoned the owners and within 10 minutes the issue was resolved, excellent customer service and we would definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Excellent

It was close to keswick, only a 20min walk away. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and made clear how to contact them if you needed anything.

No decaf tea or coffee option in the rooms, but did at breakfast. I didn't ask for any in the room tbf, I think they would have provided had I asked.

"Lovely B&B in perfect location"

Lovely building in a perfect location away from the tourist hub. Leafy and quiet. Our room was roomy and comfortable with a spacious garden.

May have nice to have a small fridge in the room.
