Lovely situation, quiet lane within easy walking distance of an excellent pub for dinner. Good parking. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff and family. Recommended.

"Enjoyable break."

Breakfast was extremely good. Location was splendid. Staff very pleasant. Very near a bus stop, only a short walk from the bustle of Keswick itself and the bus station. No need to use the car at all during our stay.

Can't think of anything off hand.

"It was great for one night stay. The breakfast was very good."

Great location, clean and friendly staff

Our room didn’t have any sockets near the bed, they were in the other side of the room. Our pillows were a bit lumpy.

Upgraded room very good with own parking space ,lovely breakfast with friendly staff . Overall a very pleasant stay in a convenient location .
