Lovely bright and clean. Excellent amenities in the very large rooms. The location was superb and quiet with just a short stroll into town. The breakfast is by far the best I have eaten in any B and B or hotel and all freshly made to order with homemade and fresh ingredients The hosts Judith and Javed are very friendly and welcoming and made the stay feel like a home from home

Super clean & modernly decorated throughout , the room was equipped and a comfortable space for our stay, shower room also great . Off road parking round the back of building.

We stayed in room 4 and the size of the room was amazing and every little detail was thought of. We even arrived early and allowed to check in. The breakfast was awesome with a choice and cooked to order. The owners were very friendly and gave advice on where to eat and drink. If you are thinking of staying in Rye then we would definitely recommend Magnolia House.

Very welcoming. Nice room and facilities. The owner Judith was a perfect hostess and the breakfast novel and that bit "special" with quite a few options. Great location just off the main road (not busy) and within easy walking distance, close to main town, bus and train station. Another bonus of the Magnolia was free parking. Not large but adequate for several cars including my quite large SUV.

Nothing of importance.
