Magnolia House, Rye

The property was zero carbon. The location was excellent for access to the town on foot. The breakfast choice exceeded anything experienced at any hotel. The owners were friendly and very proud of what they had achieved in developing the property. We had a choice of bed available and the king size (USA size king) we had was very comfortable. The en-suite facilities were excellent and the air conditioning in the room was very welcome during the heatwave when we stayed.

There was nothing to dislike.

This was our second visit to magnolia house , we wouldn't stay anywhere else now, the hosts are so lovely, always being greeted with a warm smile and the rooms are brilliant, with fridge, microwave, lovely shower, air conditioned, huge TV, our fridge had milk and everything else we needed, love this place and will be returning with the whole family on our next visit.

Nothing, it was perfect

It was very well presented. Very clean and we were made feel at home by Javad. We had a very comfortable sleep in our lovely room and had a fabulous breakfast, cooked perfectly by Javad and served beautifully by Judith who also baked such lovely brown bread to go with the breakfast. We would definitely stay again, when next in Rye. Thank you Javad and Judith. 🙏🏼☘️💚

Very hard to park my car (but possible) - mayhe just badd luck.

Amazing bed, was like sleeping in a cloud. The breakfast was tasty. The location was a short walk into the centre. Very friendly team who work at this B&B
