The host was very nice and helpful! The common room and the views were amazing.

WiFi was not reliable. Not much space in the rooms for clothes.

In the pictures is isn't too clear what belongs to the room and what to the communal spaces. (the rooms only have a bed, all chairs, views, kitchen facilities are communal, but very nice)

Great location and very helpful host. Took initiative to help me arrive when the main road was closed due to weather.

The view from common room is excellent, you can clearly see Gregeti Trinity Church in night clearly lit, very calm and in the backdrop you can see the big glacial Caucasus mountains just 100 meters from your stay.

The entrance to the hotel has a complex gate, which should have an alarm/ button to make the host aware that someone is at the gate, rather than shouting to get them to open the gates of the property.

The yard dog was a friendly type.

toilet was not well stuck to the floor, it as dancing. Lot of humidity in toilet room.

Very nice Guesthouse. Very friendly owner. Great breakfast. Close to the village and bus station. Picture shows view from breakfast room.

I have stayed here 3 times in the last 5 years and every time it has been perfect. The rooms are simple, clean and warm. The showers are great and the communal area has incredible views of the mountain! I highly recommend staying here - for me it is the best guesthouse I have stayed in in Georgia and I have lived here for 7 years. In the communal area they have a microwave, kettle, fridge and everything you need to have a relaxing afternoon admiring the stunning views. The breakfast is also great - so filling!
