It was nice and clean. The view that you see in the pics is from the common room. Kind host. Everything went well.

The common room is the highlight of the property, spent most of my time there. The view from the room, the atmosphere is surreal.

There is a wierd blackwater smell jn bathroom, Some airfreshners to get rid of the odor will be good. Also tea bags should be added and a coffee machine in common room will make it perfect.

Beautiful it is... Resturants, supermarket, money exchange and bus stand to go back tiblisi every thing just 5 min walk from here. View from rooms as well as commen area is breath taking. I highly recommend this place.. ❤️

The view from common area was too good. View of Mt.kazbek was magnificent. At walkable distance from bus and taxi stand . Host was helpful.

Common area is nice and cosy. Stunning view of Mt Kazbek & the Gergeti Trinity Church. A good place to hang out and meet other travellers at the end of the day.

Whilst no breakfast is offered at the guest house access to a small kitchen space would be extremely useful. There is a microwave and fridge in the common area but access to running water and a cooker would improve this place a lot.

Very good room and hot shower water. Room is quite warm

Good location.

Steep stairs as the rooms are not on the ground floor.
