Maya is a pleasant host and tried to accommodate us in her best

There was no heater in bathroom and it was a bit smelly

Maya was an excellent host, even invited me around when they were having a celebration and gave me homemade cake :) the room is a very good standard for the price.

Very rude behaviour .. I came at night the room was not same which was mentioned in the picture first and then I pay I said this is not the place I book she said you go take something else etc very badly first. Then no heater she said you need too pay more for that no kitchen basic things for making tea or something well fine.. then in morning she came and don’t say good morning do you guys want breakfast or something she said check out 12:00 and she gone.. this is something not a problem how she is saying was not good at all.. i booked the place it was not same at all

The view is epic from the balcony

First the location is so wrong there are like 3 Maya guest houses in town. So we walked around trying to find it on google maps. This should easily be fixed. Second when we left Maya got us a very overpriced taxi to telavi 120 total for 3 people is insane for a 1 hour drive. We paid half that from tiblisi.

Nice location in Sighnaghi. Laundry for 10 lari done quickly. Strong and hot shower.

Bathroom had no toilet paper and was a wet room so the only place to use the bathroom was soaking wet always, then the bedroom floor would also get wet and dirty/muddy. WiFi didn't reach the bedroom.

A nice view from the guesthouse, location is perfect, the host is super sweet and friendly.

The bed makes a lot of noise. There are no curtains in front of the doors in the rooms and even though the glass is not transparant you can see movements through the glass which limits the privacy.

The view from the balcony over the Byzantine Wall below and out over the valley to the mountains is beautiful.

Absolutely loved my stay there. The place has a lovely balcony with a stunning view. Maya can make a super breakfast. Apart from that she can help organize a tour around wineries in Kakheti. She takes a lot of proud in being a good host and she definitely should, such an amazing person

The rooms get quite hot at night, so it can be a little difficult to sleep.

Great location a minute walk from the old town. Great views from the balcony, especially the sunrise was truly magical. Friendly host. Good homemade wine.

The gas stove in the kitchen was not working when we were there. There is no air conditioning, so it is very hot in summer.
