Maya Guest House

Maya is a local lady and to make you relax in your stay as a guest. I felt the Georgian hospitality with her. The view of balchony is outstanding dricetly looking to the city walls and full of valley and mountains. If you she can prepare delicous local breakfast and dinner. All food items from the valley. Home is superb clean rooms, bath and kitchen. You can use the kitchen also. If ı have a change to visit the city, ı will ri g the same home bell.

Maya is an absolutely fantastic person. She not only made sure that I got the yummiest local food but guided me in sightseeing too. She arranged for a bus ticket of my preferential seat without any cost to me. She packed me food so that I dont miss my lunch. She spoke to my family over a video call and invited them to visit. You will feel home away from home in Maya Guest House.

Bed makes a lot of noise.

Maya is very hospitable owner!There are very clean room,soft mattress,fresh bed sheets!Easy to get to any main places in Signahi!Comfortable backyard with a tent!

Maya was really helpful and she gave us a warm welcome.

Amazing host, the guest house is located at the edge of the town with an amazing outlook on the Caucasus. The host is very kind and speaks good English. Kitchen is a great plus, equipped with basically all you may need. I would stay again :)

The hostess. After the hostess kept us waiting for two hours the day before and didn't arrive, and didn't respond to texts or phone calls, we had to stay at another hotel. When we left here, we met her on the road, she accused us of not taking her son's car to Lagodekhi customs yesterday, and using her kitchen while waiting the day before; we explained that we had been waiting outside, but she had been talking to passers-by Accused us in their language; I was angry because her son's car went to customs and we had to pay 80 lari, the car outside used to only cost 55 lari, and we ended up paying a total of 80 lari back to Sighnaghi because the boarding is closed. On the first day the hostess told us that customs opened ,so I think we would have paid more for came back if we had taken her son's car. The choice of which car to use is my own business. When the hostess accused us in public, she seemed to forget that we shared the cake with her when we first checked in, bought her bag, and forgot that she deliberately let us waiting outside for two hours the day before, she seemed to hope that she would take all her guests' money, if not, it must be the guests' fault.
