Great Service. Very flexible. Lovely experience and great breakfast in the morning.

Location, cleanliness, free parking in the driveway

Made to feel very welcome from Monica and explained everything about room, B and B etc. I asked if my daughter, who wan't staying overnight and lives locally, could join us for breakfast. She said no problem for a small additional cost, we really appreciated that. Location was ideal for uni, city centre, airport, transport links etc. And at a decent price. Lovely breakfast in the morning with cereals, croissants, toast, yoghurts, tea/coffee. Nothing cooked but that was absolutely fine for us. Would recommend for a relaxing, convenient stay.

Twin room was a little too warm but opened window to cool things down a bit, not too much traffic noise into Sunday but may be a bit different on a weekday. Shower took a while to get to temperature, but Monica warned us of that.

Breakfast was great (fresh fruits, toasts, cereals of all sorts, pastries, teas, coffee, milk and juices). The room was very comfortable and spotless clean. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Monica the owner was very accommodating; she allowed me to leave my carry-on luggage early so I could investigate the area. She was also very knowledgeable about the area and how to get about by train. My room was clean and tidy and welcoming. The Continental breakfast was varied with cereals in tuppawear containers, pastries in individual wrappers and fresh fruit.

I like big mugs of tea/coffee which were set up downstairs for breakfast. Luckily I bought a travel cup with me for a drink in my room!
