"Lovely host, good location for the city."

Very friendly and helpful host. The room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was included. Easy walking distance of the city centre. There is a small car park, it might be worth checking re space.

"A Haven of Comfort"

It was a good sized, attractively decorated room with a lovely big walk in shower, nice soaps, decent TV and warm and comfy. Quiet room. The breakfast was so easy to access, a very good range of choice and very good quality. Our host was so friendly and helpful in every way. We could not have stayed in a better place. Thank you. Would definitely return to St. Anne's if ever I need to stay in Exeter again.
