Bluebell Cottage - with hottub

We arrived at 4pm and lefted around 6pm First view of this place I was a little shocked It’s definitely not how it looks on the Photos The hallway to our room had cobwebs and a lot of dead flies on the light A stain was on the bed cover The towels where ament to be white but they were grey and washed out The bathroom sink basin was absolutely disgusting The garden where the hot tub is was full of Green Moss and so much Weeds When i opened the hot tub it was full of leaves from the tree above it Bubbles in the hot tub were Brown The head rests in the hot tub came off as soon as we lay against them The Chlorine in the Hot tub was as very very strong My daughter of Three years old cried because she said her skin was burning My foot got burned and skin peeling because of the Chlorine I contacted the owner as soon as we got home, to be told yes we could get a Refund and I was asked by them that did I No there was a storm the night before? Theres no excuse for the Filth in the Hottub. Owner told me I lefted the Hottub in a Mess with False tan, this is a lie, I don’t wear false tan or make up and my children certainly don’t either Owner told me I lefted the room in a mess which is another Lie, I made sure room was lefted how it was cause I wanted a refund Owner said about us using the Towels, we had no other choice but to get Showered due to the High Doze of Chlorine in the hot tub We had one hour drive home and our skin was already irritated I’ve contacted the owner on number of occasions and still no Reply I didn’t take any Pictures cause I was to Concerned about my Children skin I am so Disappointed that a Business can just brush this under the carpet My children were very upset that we had to come home our Easter Hoildays felt like it had been Ruined Still No Refund A picture of my foot two days later because of the Chlorine

The hosts were lovely and very helpful, very cosy and welcoming had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend! Ps the Hottub is unreal😍
