"Gorgeous Cosy little getaway"

Xadia couldn’t have done more for us from start of the booking to us leaving. The cottage is fab and cute and dainty and absolutely spotless and Xadia went above and beyond for us even left bread milk and butter for us for the next morning, the hot tub was such an added bonus after a long day shopping. Will definitely be back to stay again. Thanks again Xadia

"Noise of pump in the night on't be bk"

Smelt nice and very clean, bonus was bread available with butter, milk, tea, coffee etc..Nice and warm.

Lots of rules for hot tub with only 15 mins allowed with no cover over head to keep towels dry when raining. Pictures on website indicated to us it was 2 rooms but was only 1...Maybe in future make it clear that 2 beds are in 1 room.

Quiet, secluded spot just outside Newry, easily accessible but still in the countryside. Hot tub doesn’t do it justice, it’s an exceptional hot tub with massaging jets, very warm and extremely therapeutic.

Could maybe have a coffee machine to make great coffee, but I’m nit-picking

Everything was perfect we had a lovely stay groceries left for arrival lovely touch clean bedding lovely and comfortable and clean 😁 my parents had the bed and we had the sofa bed loads of room and comfy hosts excellent and hot tub fabulous. Will be back here easy arrival code easy to access everything at hand lovely and warm clean towels. Lovely space to walk my dogs we thoroughly enjoyed our stay will recommend 😁 Thank yous very much!

"Lack of privacy"

The location was quite and rural but you would need to arrive in daylight. The code for the gate could be tricky as the numbers have worn off the pad.

The lack of privacy for the hot tub. It's mis advertised as a cottage. It really is an annexe on to someone house. The lack of space we had to move the bed away from the wall. The massive sofa and there was no way any more than two people could of stayed here longer than two nights.
