OK so its a minimalist room and stay in total, but for the price it was ON POINT. the hosting family is charming! smiling faces, help with everything that you need. you get what you pay for, and a lovely welcoming environment which is what we appreciated the most. the room itself was just like the pictures. would definitely recommend this place if the room fits your needs. i think its could also be a great option to rest before the flight or just room to leave your luggages.

its a little bit confusing finding the house, i would say better instructions of arrival would be better.

Really great value for its money

The room was very clean. We were welcomed by a warm host. People were so nice and and very welcoming. It was a good budget stay. They allowed us to keep our lugguage at their place the last day even after the checkout since out flight was late evening. The room was a big one very spacious. Keeping slippers for the guests to use was very considerate of them. We went to kazbegi for 2 days keeping the room and they checked on us which was really nice. They made an extra bed for our child. If you are someone who like to walk in a new city its a short 20 mins walk to marjanshvilli centre. The location did not bother us at all. The city was easily accessible. It is also easy to take the bus if you walk down the hill. Hot water was available 24/7 which was very needed as we had a kid. Was a little tricky to find the exact location when we landed. The phone number given at the time of booking sorted this thing.

It would have been better if the washroom was inside the room itlsef. Since this is a homestay. We were little bothered while going in and out the washroom as we have to go through a common passage.

Very nice place super nice host

The place is run by a nice Georgian family. It was spotless and the nice old couple and their daughter very friendly and accommodating. We liked the country-like living. It was like staying at your grandmother's house in the village. After the first day, you get the feeling you are part of the family. After a short walk, you reach the main road and you can take the bus to old Tbilisi. Maybe you can even walk there but we had two small children, so that was not an option for us. Very good for this price but if you are looking for a modern apartment, chose something else.

+ Exceptionally, exceptionally warm hosts + Beautiful little front garden in which you're very welcome to hang out + Very tranquil situation as there's only one guest room (for now); a ten minute walk away from Station's Square subway stop in a quiet, lovely residential area + Lots of privacy; own entrance, own key, own bathroom + Open minded hosts who are genuinely happy to meet you, no matter which language you do or do not speak + Apricots literally fall from the sky thanks to a big, beautiful apricot tree in the middle of the terrace + I'm honestly sad to be leaving I added photos of the front gate because it wasn't super clear where the entrance was from Google Maps
