The room is spacious with hangers for clothing, though no closet but large enough to place your baggage on the ground and move around...and there are 3 beds in room. Slippers are placed in the room-that's warm.

If you value your privacy DO NOT STAY HERE!!! At first the owners seem kind but it's just the other face...They rush their nose into everything, it's like you're being monitored all the time. The owner-old woman started it badly by asking me for 150 gel though the booking was 140 gel that I paid for after showing her booking confirmation that she already knew about..!! The refrigerator was spoiled on the first night and is on the first floor where the door closes around 9-10pm since the owners siblings live up there. The owner demanded 10 Gel!!! for one wash of clothes, when it's for a few gels or even free elsewhere! There's a very small like a kitchen to just wash your plates. It's the small corridor btw our room and the bathroom, also the owners room just in front of yours!! They share the same bathroom that's not private! The WiFi signal is weak in our room, as if the router is hidden somewhere in their room!!! The room mattress is very bad like non existent, they placed a foam above it(as in photo) to make the sleep !ok! Water is not hot enough in the bathroom, it's like OK due to using an electric heating...which is not satisfactory at all in Winter!! You also have to wait some 2 minutes for it to warm up to the 30s degrees... My friend visited me shortly at evening not even night, then the next day the owner came to tell me that we booked for 2 not 3!!! Told her that he didn't come to stay but just talk a little and leave! At checkout they started pressuring us as to leave earlier..in excuse that other guests are arriving, though there was much time for the check-out period..and we left earlier...and only at checkout we found nobody of them around spying...as if they all vanished into their rooms..no goodbye nothing which was obviously intentional that we didn't really care about but happy the drama ended!

Great people! A nice, warm, welcoming family who will make you feel at home without being too intrusive. We had a few nice conversations and some good advice on what to visit around. The room is very spacious, and all the equipment works well. Nice shared garden, enjoyable to relax. Nice placement, small shops, and bakeries nearby, not too far from the center, but far enough so you can relax and sleep without the noise. Thanks again to them, we will come again without any hesitation!

Staying at your home was the best experience in Tbilisi and probably Georgia :) It is hard to say how grateful is my family for everything what you've done for us. Nona and Nini, mom and dad, madloba. We'll miss you and we'll never forget all your family. I Hope we'll see again :) You're welcome in Poland! And what can I say about the room? It's really big and clean. Beds are very comfortable. There is a beautiful Garden, where is a lot od shadow so it's really nice to sit there even od there is 30'C outside. It's in a peacefull area of Tbilisi so it's perfect if you want to rest after a whole day.
