"Great guest house!."

Cosy rooms,nice and clean, lovely kitchen area where there is tea,coffee, milk bread,jams and marmalade for you to have breakfast, all in the price. Comfortable seating lounge too. Just a stones throw from Swaffham centre and parking over the road from the guest house. Great communication from Emma,we just really enjoyed our stay.

Emma was absolutely 1st class in tge wsy she helped me settle in and was really caring, kind and professional. Also gery good value for money in the heart of Swaffham x

There wasnt any to dislike as was a lovely stay.

With Asda across the road, The Tea Pot Cafe and Indian Summer just a short walk away, the position was perfect. I was there for 2 nights and it met my needs very well. I’d recommend it.

"Enjoyable, restful although waking up every 3 hours to feed my 4 month old baby Joshua. We all loved it"

Thank you so much Emma for your support, care and understanding. We felt that we were in a home away from home. We felt welcomed and we liked chatting about local farmers market which I bought every year produce for past 10 years. We will be back soon hopefully in Easter and summer holiday as my kids loved spending time with our friends and their pets. Loved that you maintained the historical character of the house built in 1800’s. Thank you so much for sharing your guest house with us. See you soon

Very friendly and helpful host, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The guest kitchen was spotless. It is close to the centre of Swaffham and all amenities.

I would ask for a room at the back next time to avoid any road noise.
