Nice breakfast. Felicity was a friendly and a helpful host.

In room there was damp smell. Cobwebs around ceiling, headboard and lamp. Gap under the door, was letting in a lot household noise. No hand towels or soap provided. Suggest a handrail be fitted to help getting into/out of bath/shower safer.

a lovely room in a beautiful house, with a landlady who was welcoming and knowledgeable

the sloped roof in the upper bedroom but i am a bit tall
