The cup of tea on arrival was most welcome after the long drive. Felicity is very friendly and helpful.

I had to provide my own teabags. Otherwise lovely.

"exactually what we needed & will stay again when visiting"

we had eveything we needed. extremely comfy bed mini fridge WiFi coffee machine & kettle orange juice towels dressing gowns the en suit wet room was lovely :) umbrellas incase we needed one

felicity the host was lovely , made me feel like I have met her before :) the 2 doggy’s were super cute very close to the little town & close to the showground as we had a wedding. parked on the property but could of parked on the road also :)
